              in the health of our trees, our processing method and the premium syrups we create. Our sap is collected using stainless steel spiles and aluminum pails from our 850 taps. Old fashion values and a time tested method of collection ensures only the finest quality. Our sap is twice filtered and cooked on a wood fired stainless steel evaporator. The wood used to fuel the evaporator is taken strictly from dead or declining trees.

The final sweet syrup is filtered once more before being safely hot packed at 185-190F. Our well maintained equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using pure filtered water after every batch.
